My boyfriend and I just adopted a one year old cat from the Blackford County Animal Shelter on Monday together. She was brought in, adopted and returned a month later. We thought we'd try and make this cat part of our home. We named her Lucy.. short for Lucifer because this who she acted like for the entire day we adopted her. She hates my other cat, and only attacks my boyfriend, but somehow loves me. Hopefully she'll come around to everyone. I don't want to think about having to take her back, but it wouldn't be fair to my other cat and my boyfriend's scratched up arms and legs to have her stay with us. I just hope and hope she'll come around. She's beautiful, definately a cuddler when she gets to know you, a shiny black coat, orange/yellow eyes.. maybe it is true that they bring bad luck.
